instance can have two technique, one is defined by HLSL, and another is defined by GLSL
Under non-window platform the GLSL should be used instead of HLSLMAP_AMBIENT, MAP_DIFFUSE, MAP_EMISSIVE, MAP_NORMAL, MAP_SPECULAR
